This Cattleya warneri var. alba is over 25 years old...believe it or not. Huge plant even i have divided in smaller parts several times past years. Flowers every year, never let me down.

Only some years ago discovered at Luzon, Philippines.(2000)
Very rare in Europe still...how about the States?

This is defenately a V. tricolor var. planilabris.
One of the most beautiful varieties of V. tricolor.
The tipo and suavis are very different.

I prefer to see more colour on the lip. Other varieties can have that so beautiful. Have a look at the pics on my website. several mossiae are showing there.

This C. iricolor is coming from Brazil. Imported 2 years ago. Dont know from where. (import via Germany) The scent is really unbelievable. Very strong and very pleasant.

Lemon scent.
