I overwinter mine in a lightly heated greenhouse. The heater kicks on at 40-45F. I water once a week or so in the winter during warm days.

Occationally I see the word "Aojiku" in front of certain Neo types (e.g., Aojiku Chosentetsu). It seem to me to mean that that type has a green stem (but that is from my own google detective work...
