If you check both websites, you'll see that they're not growers but sellers. Nurseries in Holland import plants from growers in Taiwan, Japan, etc and then sell them to nurseries in Europe....

As for the size of the pot, it doesn't really matter, as long as the media dries out quickly. It depends on the climate (high or low humidity) and type of media.
