I don't know about those but I have my masdies mounted on Kool Logs. You mount them on the outside of the white terracotta 'log' and keep the inside of the log filled with water. Keeps them cool...

My ancient, neglected but still alive paph has a growth out of the side stem. Actually, after I looked at the picture, I discovered two of these. They look like keikis but can paphs produce keikis?
