The only other tip I've gotten was Pleurothallopsis sp. After looking through the species and ranges, P. tubulosa seems to be about the only applicable one and the blooms aren't quite correct.

Dracula lotax bloom

After over a month of formation, the bloom has appeared. I've had the orchid since summer and I think this was a feeler bloom with temps dropping in the midwest. It has 2 more spikes sending out now....
