Hi guys

This is my first Vanda but only when I got home I noticed it has some parts that are kinda white where it΄s supposed to be green.Is this normal?

Brown spot on phalaenopsis aerial roots?

Hi guys

As title say is there any reason why those aerials roots have those brown spot? I use RO water or rain water to water my orchids.

Here in DR almost 95% of the time when you buy a Dendrobium they come in rocks, phals in coconut husk or tightly moss (bad quality). Vandas in hanging basket. Cattleya in moss and so on.
