The yellow areas on the pseudobulb that i had mentioned earlier has turned brown and it is soft to touch. Is there anything i can do to control it or stop further damage?

The leaves are less dry and are softening and not brittle like before. But one of the earliest leaves have started to yellow. Also the small yellow spot on the pseudobulb has become bigger....
