The fdk. after dark 'svo black pearl' bulb is almost as big as the older one (there are two smaller leafless bulbs too). The others are smaller by a fair amount.

I don't know. That leaf was always limp since I rescued the plant. This damage is new and pretty fast moving. There is a spike (well, a nub) that I expect will die unless it's actually a basal keiki....
