how do i save my moth Phalaenopsis

Hi All,

As seen in attached images, it looks like my phals are dieing, don't know why. Please help to rescue my phals.

Leaves are dropy and no roots, what should i do to stiumlate root growth...

CFL or tubelight as alternative to indirecct light for orchids

Is it really good.. like to give orchids artificial light support from Cfl or tubelight incase house does not have sufficient sun-light.

I have Dendrobium and put it charcoal medium and every 2nd day i water it. As of now orchid is in flowering condition but do i need to provide some fertilizer also to it.
