Cross

So I have a Phal mariae and javanica that are going to open any day now and I was thinking of doing a cross. What I'm wondering is should I do the cross right away, wait a few days, weeks?

You'll want to keep them in compots until they get bigger. I've never done a Paph flask, but have done two Phal ones, big thing to remember is that because they're so small they will dry out faster.
