There was a post not too long ago about the same thing. I have a mini phal with a loop. It pushed through the leaf and came back out the other side. It should correct itself :)

That's a nifty setup! Curious to see how it does :) I would think that you can let it dry out and water once a day, or less. They thrive on negligence :)

Here is the best location I could find for my orchids. I can put a baby gate across the end of the hallway to keep pets and kids out of them, and they get morning sun from the foyer upper window...
