Yeah, looks thirsty! Luckily all those new roots should help it recover, I'd just up the waterings. Still let it dry between waterings but don't let it sit dry for long. How often are you watering it...

I know with cacti you wait a couple of weeks so that if any damage was done to the roots it has plenty of time to dry, callous and start healing before you get the wound wet. Wet wounds lead to rot....
