For replacements, they usually just bring a new one here the next time...

UMMM,, since they do come from ecuador, you cannot expect roots to be in good shape! mostly dead roots are the norm for imported orchids and i expect and recieve plants with no roots all the time...

I AM SO EXCITED AND HAPPY!!!! it is my first brachy so far and i am so proud of it! it should be easy to tell from the leaves and ill post more pics when the flower is open

it is true that angraecums HATE having their roots messed with. im pretty sure you wont be seeing anymore of those bugs since it sounds like you did...

repot immediately into a clear orchid pot...
