As far as orchids go, my favorites are Bolleas and Huntleyas (even though Huntleyas are a pain in the butt to grow)....

I'm surprise nobody mentioned Phrag. kovachii. I've seen it and its hybrids go for ridiculous amounts of money (orchids limited is the main culprit here, with plants in the $1,000+ range).

Who cares if "the flower form isn't perfect?" In my book, all orchid flowers are beautiful, no matter what the clone. I'm always grateful when mine do flower, even if some of them aren't as colorful...
