Nice. thanks for this. I did not realize that an orchid with little or no root structure isn't necessarily a dead one.This is the main reason I have avoided big box orchids.

The orchid isn't in bad shape :) It was over watered and planted in tight sphagnum moss until a few days ago. I repotted it in bark. I think I'm going to let it do whatever it is doing.
