I have a misting system hooked up to it (similar to the MistKing kind). I just mix the fertilizer in the water and have et run for 1 minute three times a day :)

First of all the comparison of lumens/Watt between white LEDs and HID lamps is not relevant since you would never use white LEDs as plant lights.. Why waste energy...
