I suspect the 10 years was because it wasn't in the right conditions, particularly not getting enough light. It has received a lot more light in the last year because I got a light shelf in November...

So "Dendrobium Mini Purple" is just a trade name. Funny. I had one just like it about 20 years ago. It was an easy grower, flowered well. I was hoping to get the same thing. Guess I did.
