HI Joann -- I didn't have roots that had any green tips, but I didn't have much in the way of roots that were rotted. The roots were moist and whitish tan in color.

I kinda thought the bulbs...

It's funny you mentioned moisture...this particular orchid seems to need a lot of water. If it dries out too much, the leaves go from deep green to a translucent green. Leaves from the new growth...
