Bought this lovely plant from the 20th WOC in Singapore (Yeah, i'm from Singapore - Lucky me!!!) with just 2 PB, in early November 2011. It started spiking in December 2011 and a great New Year bloom...

Hi,

I'm from sunny tropical Singapore here and the climate is warm (25-32 deg Celsius) and humid (60-80%) throughout the year.

I have not heard of this vanda/aerides type before, quite a unique type after a simple search on the web. No wonder the price was double that of the normal aerides at the florist....
