Based on the shape of the lip, I believe this is a hybrid of L. anceps. The lip seems to show the influence of Gur. bowringiana (Laelianthe Wrigleyi) or Gur. skinneri (Laelianthe cielito).

It appears to have two leaves per pseudobulb, so not a Psychopsis. With no other info, I lean toward Rossioglossum (Oncidium) ampliatum. If so, the wrinkled pseudobulbs are normal.
