I have only had scuess with bulbs that had ative eyes growing at the bottom. Check for those, if there isn't any, I dont think it will grow

Keiki could mean Baby plant, and the monopodials and dendrobiums have them.
They could be on spikes, or the plant itself.

Nodes are the round bumps along spikes that have a sheath covering
