I might be interested. Live in Queens NY, any idea on shipping costs? Is it just 13 issues?

it is about 35 issues, guesstimated 5-8 lb. Re shipping, checked media mail from CA to NYC for 8 lb, that is $6.03. If interested, I will get you precise weight and cost, but for that will need your zip code.
