Default Temporary storage of flasks prior to deflasking

My flasks of P. kunstleri & P. violacea arrived today! they look great! but I don't want to de-flask them straight away. Is it a problem to store them in my growth cabinet @ 28oC until I do de-flask? the humidity in the cabinet is at 75% at the moment but it shouldn't really change the humidity in the flasks... I've put some tissue paper up over the lights to reduce the light levels a little...

Did the agar get all mixed up with the plants and is there enough agar for them to survive on until you do deflask?

No, the agar stayed pretty good... They will only be in the growth chamber over the weekend and getting deflasked next week...

Well, in that case, I think everything should be just fine. Make sure they are in lower light so that they don't cook and have a nice weekend.

Completely agree. If the agar media didn't get jumbled you can keep them in flask until there are ready to blow up. I try to deflask in warmer weather as they acclimate easier, but in your grow chamber it shouldn't matter when you deflask. Lower the light level a little with tissue or the next shelf lower, and keep an eye on them. Once you see a few that are larger than 2 inches or so, it's time to replate or pot them up. Good luck!
