Default FLASKING SEEDS IN LIQUID MEDIUM

I have last July flasked seeds (psychosis and phals) in liquid medium (i.e 3 gm agar per 1,000 ml). I now have 8 flasks
with protocorms 'swimming underwater' in the medium, some resting on the bottom.

If any one knows how to fish them for replating, please
advise.

Thanks

I use tweezer to fish/move protocorms between flasks. Wait until protocorms got some root and leave before moving them to a new media.

I found some pretty useful tools at the grocery store. They have long, skinny seafood utensils that are like a spoon on one end, and a two-pronged fork on the other. A long pair of tweezers may also be useful.

Hi, Jean Pierre,
Do you use one of those small oscilating tables, or any other kind of agitator?
