Phytotech Labs sells a variety of flasking media, including those specifically for Phals. I haven't used anything except 0139 and 668 (essentially the same) at half strength for germination of everything I grow. It works reasonably well, better than any of the home-made stuff I've tried. Replates go on the same thing with the addition of about 50G/L of banana puree. Others use Hill's formulas, sold by Gallip and Stribling, for both germination and replate.
