About to start flasking my media?

I was woundering can i sterilize my flask with a 10% bleach solution before adding my media and puting on some foil and lids then pressure cooking.

you don't have to do that but have to be pressure cooked

Your saying pressure cook the jars and lids before i add the medium?

The pressure cooking will sterilize both the jars and medium together. You don't need to sterilize the jars seperately.
