Default Meristematic propagation

Could someone help me to find detailed information about that orchid propagation system?
I'm looking for the method and equipments (especially how to centrifugate cells to obtain cellular masses to divide).
Thanks in advance

Check your university library for 'Micropropagation of Orchids' by Joseph Arditti. It is an older book but has the best information I know of in one place.

If you can get hold of "Orchids Propagation - Reviews and
Perspectives (1971)" by Joseph Arditi, it's a good book to
start with.

Dr. Arditti's book on micropropagation is out of print, but his brother is selling photocopies for less (marditti@dslextreme.com).
