Default Hand pollinate Dendrobiums

Hi I want to try hand pollination of Dendrobiums.
Will be very thankful if some one could direct me to some tutorial, literature or demonstration video.

These pics aren't of Dendrobiums per se, but you get the point. It's similar enough.

For Dendrobiums you might need either a jeweler's loupe or a microscope.

Look again, when his friend is pulling the flowers back to show you the underside of the column.

For the Orchid Hand Pollination 2 video, pause at 0:41 or 0:42, the stigmatic opening is there.

On the Orchid Hand Pollination 3 video, pause at 0:08, and you'll see where he's placing the pollinia.
