At what condition of the agar should I introduce the seeds to the flask?

1) touch dry and introduce the seeds on top of it
2) dry and introduce the seeds on top of it
3) semi dry and introduce the seeds on top of it
4) semi dry, introduce the seeds and mix them so that the seeds are blended with the agar.

I am not sure what you are asking here. Are you aware that the agar/nutrient mix needs to be made up and left sealed in the flasks for a week a so to check there is no contamination.

The seed is then sterilized and sown on top of the agar under sterile conditions.

Oh, I am not aware that the media has to be left sealed for a week to check contamination.

I was thinking after the nutrient was prepared and cooled down, we then introduce the seeds. See my ignorance at ? #4!
