Thank you so much RoyalOrchids and Andrew. Now I have a better picture and abt the non-presence of agar.

May I ask further, are all the products listed as linked can be directly used (of course as per manufacturter's instructions) to raise the seeds in the flask until they're de-flasked. The presence of agar in this case, is optional by me, right?
