Hi,

Murashige&Skoog (MS) medium is the most used medium in Plant Tissue Culture, 1/2 or 1/4 strength MS medium is the primary basal medium for orchid seed germination and growth. It is possible to purchase from market as dehydrated form but it can be expensive or unreachable in different regions. In fact, it is completely mixed of some chemicals and we can make it directly from chemicals.

But remember the chemicals we used must be high purity or purified by ourselves. Here is a good information about how can we make Murashige&Skoog Medium.

Have a Nice Watch.
