Thought I'd killed my plants of these then found a few in bud, now flower.

Pics of this plant. It is a 60mm pot also.

Is it normally so light green? And what is it potted in? Care?

Probably look a little lighter than they actually are. Slight over exposure. They are in fine pine bark with just a tiny bit of Perlite. It is quite bright where they are. I'm sure now that they don't like being messed with nor over potted. They get water & food along with everything else, everything gets the same treatment.
