it screams amethystogolssa...+ a bunch of others...beautiful coloring, dark and intense.... have not seen anything like it...

It was originated by K. Saito of Japan in 1994, but this plant came from a nursery in Hawaii (that I do not recall) far more recently.

That plant was sold off with the rest of my collection before I moved to NC.
