Can a phalaenopsis cornu cervi still bloom after crown rot?

Hello, I recently bought a Phalaenopsis cornu cervi and I received it with crown rot, the infection stopped and it has 2 keikis growing, I'm just wondering if the flower spikes in the mother plant can still produce flowers cause I heard that its a sequential bloomer

As long as the plant has decent roots and leaves, why not?

I suspect it will grow a new "basal" keiki, if it hasn't done so already, and just carry on. It might go flowerless for a while while it recovers, but who knows?
