Brown area on leaf (Bulbo. Lepidum)

Today I noticed this brown spot on 2 leaves of my Bulbo. Lepidum. What is it and what should I do?

The brown area feels waxier than the green areas

I don't know but the leaves look mostly dead. Plants are much more susceptible to bacterial and fungal attacks in very high humidity. Consider taking it to an agricultural office or university to see whether they can identify it.

Thanks for this information, but how do I treat it/stop it from spreading and prevent it from happening again? Should I cut the leaf(s)?
