Dendrobium rigidum / Dockrillia rigida
 

2 flowers, top bloomed first, another spike is coming! A very nice mini "succulent" dendrobium orchid :), and it IS fragrant (Regular "flower" scent)! This flower also seems to have a different lip coloration than photos on the web/internet.
