Iwanagara Apple Blossom Golden Elf

I bought it last year and it's blooming for the first time under my care.

The bulbs are much more compact than the regular Apple Blossom, but I might have to repot it after it's done with the flowers.

it is a great little plant, can be grown to specimen size in short term, good job on getting so many flowers, looks like pot if full of mostly roots...

Looks very floriferous, compact and has a very showy flower. What's not to like?

Yes! Had it been fragrant, it would've been perfect. I'm looking forward to getting the regular Iwanagara Apple Blossom as well. I bought one last year, but it came with some sort of fungal disease and died within a few weeks.

Beautiful. 👏. Are you growing this in SH, quite the root system you got there.

Thank you! This is just bark. I tried to repot some cattleyas in SH but they didn't do very well. I think it's so wet, cloudy and humid here that there's no need to use SH. Now that it's "winter" I water them once every 10 days or so.
