dendrobium whats it doing?

This is my first dendrobium. when i got it home its top leaf got damaged and fell off (a couple of months ago). Now it is sprouting these little critters. Do they branch out or could this possibly be buds?:think2:

They are keikis, or baby orchids. Leave them where they are and they will soon start to grow roots. Eventually you will be able to pot them up as individual plants, or you can just leave them attached to the parent plant for a fuller look.
