Pleione bulbils - How to care for it?
 

I've read/seen somewhere that pleione bulbils (which I think it's what I have here) can grow into flowering size give it proper care.
But I wonder...what is proper care for it?

As you might understand, I already know a couple of sites about Pleiones, including this one. It's part of my procedure before adventuring in growing a new genus.

I was looking more specifically how I take them out of the mother bulb. I believe it will dry out and the bulbil will be easy to come off.
I was just trying to confirm that.

Ok, since I got not that many replies, let me show you what I'm talking about...

It all starts with these small (around 1 mm in length) bulbils that gorw on the top of the mature bulbs.
In fact these are new plants.

Later they get roots and develop into this tiny plant.

I asked advise from a lady who is, probably, the most expert orchid grower in my country, and she told me to keep them in the mother plant, even during their rest.
When replanting (around Jan/Feb) separate them from the mother plant and pot them. They are expected to bloom after 3 years (in avg).

I'd tend to agree with her advice.
