ISO Onc. phymatochilum
 

I think the next oncidium type orchid I am going to think of getting is Oncidium phymatochilum. This is the spelling I found online. Is there a more accurate spelling? This should be a thicker leafed oncidium, with leaf form somewhat like psychopsis, but with flowers that look a bit like brassias (spider shaped). Since I am now only collectin mule eared oncidiums, I think this is a potential match.

I wonder if anyone knows a vendor who sells these?

Looking this up, I'm a little confused. Says it is more closely related to Miltonia. Can anyone on the OB clarify? Sounds perfectly suited to your conditions Optimist.
