Maxillaria Camaridii
 

I've been in vacation for the past week and I decide to drive back to the house for the day for two reasons.
1. Because I have a shipment from andys orchids that's arriving any minute.
2. The vacation house is onkly an hour and a half.

But anyways I'm glad I did because my Maxillaria Camaridii just so happened to be blooming out of no where! I had no idea there were even buds starting to shoot out & ive only been gone for a little under a week!

The three blooms are so pretty and very fragrant! The smell reminds me of butter or Pam spary butter 😂

I love fragrant white flowers....this was one of my early posted orchid blooms way back in 2011 when I was first starting here in OB

As do I, when I smell these flowers I get a hint of butter! What do you smell?
Wow that's awesome! Would love to see a before and after photo! Or at least a photo of what it looks like now! How fast is she growing?

Right! Who doesn't love a spontaneously blooming orchid!

Another round of blooms! This time it was just two but that means 6 blooms in total for the past month!

I can see it next year: "Ummm.... I usually go with you on vacation.... but..... UMMMMM........"
