Bulbophyllum moniliforme care

Hey everyone,
I have been struggling to grow B. moniliforme for the past year. It is on a cork mount with sphagnum moss. I have most of my Bulbophyllum in a terrarium under a t5 fluorescent bulb. The humidity level is between 70 - 80% and the temps are low 60s during the day and high 50s at night. Maybe this is too cold to grow Bulbophyllum? B. moniliforme gets water about every other day. I fertilize every other week with a weak solution of 20-20-20.

If anyone has any tips to growing this species, it would be greatly appreciated!

This bulbo grows in the lowlands of SE Asia. I suspect that the temps are a little too cool.
