First I would like to ask if encyclia would work good with a semi hydroponic. I am using hydroton.
So i moved 2 weeks ago 4 orchids a mokora, 2 dendrobium and an brassavola nodosa. Added a bacillus bacteria to stop my root rot with a success this is the withe "mold" on the brassavola.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...fe029b36b3.jpg

Encyclia can do well in S/H. I don't know what is on your Brassavola root, but the plant is very pale green. It might not be getting enough light. It should be dark grey-green.
