Last-Minute Christmas Present?

I had reserved one of my counter-top reverse osmosis (CTRO) systems for my own use after moving to NC, but have since learned that my municipal water supply has a TDS <50 ppm.

Rated at 50 gallons per day with only a 20 psi inlet pressure, this is a great system for someone with a small collection, who still wants the best for their plants. Just connect this to a hose outlet or faucet (adapters for both included), and manually fill up your watering can or storage containers with PURE WATER. A shutoff valve is provided on the pure water line to allow spill-proof changing between containers. System includes a sediment filter, carbon filter, low-pressure membrane, and 2:1 flush ratio, and uses quick-connect fittings for easy filter replacement, QC release tool, and a jar of MSU RO fertilizer.

My brother once lived in Tustin, California, next door to a delivery person for a local bottled water company. Each evening we could observe the truck driver remove the empty bottles from the racks on his truck, set them on the driveway concrete, fill them with water from his garden house, place new caps on the bottles, and put them back into the racks on the truck.

Maybe you could sell bottles of FirstRays OrchidFresh Natural Carolina Water?

And don't forget to look into a heat pump / heat exchanger to heat your greenhouse from the river.

1) No greenhouse here.
2) I'm on the intracoastal waterway, not a river.
