Species Phals in icky moss; repot?

Hi, Everyone!
I got an order of species Phals today. Cute as can be, shipping was great but, three of them are in 2.5" pots of icky, green looking, moss.
I normally put all my Orchids in Better Grow and in clay. I water my Phals by the "heft" of the pot and so far it has worked well for me.
I am a little thrown off by these babies in moss. Do you think it advisable to pot them in 4" clay with Better Grow? Or should I remove the moss and repot them that way?
My gut tells me to get them out of that stuff but, I'm not sure. They are isolated at the moment recovering from their trip down the Chicago expressways.

It is probably best to switch them to the mix you are used to right away. It will be easier for you to take care of them, and easier for them to make all their adaptations to new conditions at once.
