Poor sick brassia

Hello,
I have a lovely brassia which I bought in bloom in may...
When it dropped the blooms I repotted it and I must say moat of the roots were rotten...how sad.
Now a lot of leaves are turning yellow starting from the base of the pseudobulbs, and one pb is turning yellow itself!
I'm not sure what's happening and why..but most importantly what do I do now??
Thank you for your help!
Happy growing :)Attachment 114320Attachment 114321

How much light is it getting? How are you fertilizing? Is it planted on top of the medium with just the roots going down into the medium (this prevents rot. With the rootless orchids, I stake them on top of the medium and let the new roots grow down into the medium).
How long has it been since it was potted?

It's getting low/medium light and I'm not fertilizing at the moment. I repotted it maybe 3 weeks ago roughly..I don't think it's above the media a lot,I repotted it like I do with other oncidiums and never had a problem really...so many leaves are yellowing :(
Forgot to mention that I removed one pb because the part between the rhyzome and pb was rotting to the point that I could twist it 360° extremely easily.
I really hope it will recover.. Here is a pic of when it was in bloom, good times!

From what I have experienced with most orchids, after blooming they seem to go on a rest mode, so just continue on giving them warmth, lighting and water as needed, not overwatering, still got to let them drain well.

It has lost a lot of roots as you said, so it is understandable the pbs are looking so stressed, they do not have any means to drink.

These brassias are rather thirsty orchids, so you can try misting the leaves but make sure you run the ceiling fan for good airflow, while waiting for the plant to grow newer roots that will replace the ones that have been removed.

To me it still has a good chance of recovery, just be patient, and it will hopefully bounce back.

That's very encouraging, thank you!

Update on my poor brassia...not good I'm afraid!
It lost another leaf and another one is about to die too. I think it's some fungal disease because it starts with the tip of the leaf becoming brownish and spotty and then the base of the leaf starts to get yellow..any advice on what to do? Thank you very much !Attachment 114553Attachment 114554Attachment 114555
