Very nice, both of them are rarities and not the easiest to bloom.

I love these, but have killed several now. So I've given up. Any suggestions on good culture?

Kyle grows most mounted, or in very small clay pots. They do need to dry out between waterings. Howe er, beyond that they get the same treatment as everything else in the greenhouse = water twice a week and fertilizer every 2 weks most of the year (monthly in winter).
