Welcome to OrchidBoard, Carlos; We have several members from Florida, so I hope they'll weigh in with some "local knowledge" to help you out!
---------- Post added at 09:14 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:13 AM ---------- When did you last repot your ?Epidendrum ibaguense? ? the medium looks quite broken down, or perhaps it's just very wet? |
Thanks Discus
I repotted my Epidendrum ibaguense last august i believe. I think i might have used the wrong potting medium. I hear that regular potting mix is best but at the moment it is a mix of orchid bark and potting mix. do u think i should repot? |

I have done best with Epidendrums potted in either a fine fir bark mix, or coconut husk chips mix. |
