Bulbophyllum putidum blooming in the yard

I've had this baby for about a year or so now. I got it as a Christmas plant from my local orchid society and it bloomed then and here it is in bloom this year as well. It gave me 4 buds; out of those 3 bloomed earlier and this last one is still in bloom today.http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/10/2yhy3a3y.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/10/avary7u7.jpg

Great blooms! Question..... I read somewhere that putidum was the same as fascinator. Do you know if that's true? I have them both, blooming size, but no blooms yet. Fascinator pics seem a lot redder to me and the plant of putidum is generally smaller in stature.

It's funny that you mention that. My plant was labelled fascinator but when it bloomed it clearly wasn't. I had seen both putidum and fascinator in bloom and just like you said fascinator has larger and redder blooms that putidum does.
