Bulbophyllum macraei in spike
 

My Bulb. macraei has a little flower spike on it. This is my first time growing Bulbophyllums and I want to do it right... I know that one learns by making mistakes but I would like to see this little one in bloom. Any suggestions on what to do while the plant is in spike? Should I just let it do it's thing?

Continue doing whatever you did to get the spike. Changing something could be the wrong thing and you would lose it.

I don't grow any Bulbos, but agree with Brooke - it's happy with what you have been doing, so I'd continue with that ;)
